Other storage on your device
Cookies are not the only way to store information on a device. European law (Art. 5(3) of the ePrivacy Directive 2002/58/EC, implemented in Romania by Art. 4(5) of Law 506/2004 and in Austria by § 165(3) TKG 2021) covers all of them. This website uses none of the following:
| Technology | Used |
|---|---|
| Cookies (first- or third-party) | No |
| Local storage / session storage | No |
| IndexedDB / Cache Storage | No |
| Service workers / offline caching | No |
| Tracking pixels, beacons, fingerprinting | No |
| Embedded third-party content (videos, maps, social media) | No |
These findings are verified with automated tests in a fresh browser, run against the live website after every change.
What your browser does on its own
For completeness, two things happen entirely inside your browser:
- Ordinary browser caching. Like for any website, your browser keeps copies of files it has downloaded (such as images and the film) so that it does not need to fetch them again. Our server only states how long these copies remain valid. They contain no identifiers and are managed by your browser; you can clear them at any time.
- Display preferences. The page adapts to your screen size and respects your device's "reduce motion" setting. This is evaluated only inside your browser to choose the layout and animation; it is not stored and not sent to us. (The only visible effect on our side is which of the two film versions your browser requests — see the Privacy Policy.)
Why there is no cookie banner
Consent is only required for storing or reading information on your device beyond what is strictly necessary. Since this website does neither, there is nothing to consent to — so we do not show a banner, and there are no privacy settings to manage.
If we ever add a feature that needs device storage beyond what is strictly necessary, it will stay switched off until you have given your consent, and a "Privacy Settings" link will let you change or withdraw that consent at any time. This policy will be updated before such a change.
Clearing your browser data
You can delete cached files and any site data in your browser settings at any time — usually under "Privacy", "Clear browsing data" or "Website data". Your browser's help pages describe the exact steps.
